We tailor our services to your company's needs. We take on routine responsibilities at our clients and we work in concert with your Accounting Manager and staff. We believe that good financial discipline is critical to a company’s success
We review monthly or quarterly closings to ensure that transactions were recorded properly and that trends are not developing unnoticed. You cannot make decisions about your company’s future based on incorrect information about the present.
We prepare detailed Profit and Loss forecasts for the next 12 to 24 months and compare results to those forecasts to ensure that trends are not unfolding unnoticed. No problem is insurmountable if you know about it early and can plan accordingly.
We participate with you in contract negotiations with an eye towards identifying risks and forecasting financial impact.
We manage the audit and tax preparation process.
We work with your Board and Finance Committee to ensure that they understand your company’s risks and opportunities so that they act as a useful resource for your company.
We prepare analyses of new opportunities, present the results to the management team in an understandable way, and offer candid business guidance regarding the pros and cons of each option.
We review internal financial controls and suggest improvements to help you minimize risk.
